Yes, the event is entirely cashless for your convenience. Each attendee will receive a pre-loaded RFID wristband that can be used for purchasing food, drinks, and experiences at any on-site offering. Payments are made simply by tapping the wristband. We will preload each wristband with an agreed-upon balance. In case the balance runs out, guests can easily top up their wristbands using their own debit or credit cards at the on-site top-up kiosks.

Northern Nights can accommodate up to 5,000 guests. For parties with fewer than 750 attendees, a minimum charge will apply. This minimum charge covers 750 people, regardless of actual attendance.
Yes, we provide parking facilities at RDS Simmonscourt. Additionally, there are dedicated spaces for coach parking and EV charging points for electric vehicles.
Currently, Northern Nights is exclusively designed for corporate parties and events and is not open to the general public.
