How can I make a booking?

To make a booking, simply fill out the form on our homepage, and a member of our team will promptly respond to your inquiry.

What are the opening hours?

Northern Nights operates from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, allowing ample time for you and your team to enjoy the festivities.

Who is Northern Nights for?

Northern Nights is the ideal venue for organisations looking to host their Winter/Holiday party. We specialise in tailoring event plans to suit your team’s specific needs and preferences.

What are the pricing details?

The pricing for Northern Nights starts at €140 per person ex VAT. This pricing includes a selection of food and drink options as part of the event experience. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to understand your event requirements and generate a personalised menu and pricing plan that fits your budget.

Is the event cashless?

Yes, the event is entirely cashless for your convenience. Each attendee will receive a pre-loaded RFID wristband that can be used for purchasing food, drinks, and experiences at any on-site offering. Payments are made simply by tapping the wristband. We will preload each wristband with an agreed-upon balance. In case the balance runs out, guests can easily top up their wristbands using their own debit or credit cards at the on-site top-up kiosks.

Can I customise the experience for my company?

Absolutely! We are committed to bringing your company’s brand and culture to life at Northern Nights. Our team will collaborate with you to curate customised food and drink choices, as well as create a bespoke music and entertainment plan, ensuring a truly memorable party experience for everyone.

What is the venue's capacity and is there a minimum attendance requirement?

Northern Nights can accommodate up to 5,000 guests. For parties with fewer than 750 attendees, a minimum charge will apply. This minimum charge covers 750 people, regardless of actual attendance.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, we provide parking facilities at RDS Simmonscourt. Additionally, there are dedicated spaces for coach parking and EV charging points for electric vehicles.

Is this event open to the public?

Currently, Northern Nights is exclusively designed for corporate parties and events and is not open to the general public.

Are children allowed to attend the event?

Please note, this is an over 18’s event only, no children will be admitted to the venue.
